Quality and safety:
Not a manual, but a mentality
Quality is always mentioned in the same breath as safety. Together they form the foundation of our company and the systems we develop.
The focus of the meat processing industry is increasingly on quality, continuity, and food safety. After all, we work with products that need to be handled with the utmost hygienic care, particularly when the meat is processed or food is in the end-processing phase.
As such, the government and consumers demand increasingly stringent hygiene procedures. Also within the meat processing industry itself, numerous initiatives have been put in place that aims for guaranteed quality in the broadest sense of the word.
At the same time, the pressure to produce cost-efficiently is enormous. This also applies to the development of meat handling systems. Not only in the interests of competitiveness, but also because consumers simply demand it.
Cost-efficient production is therefore vital for all links in the chain. This requires food handling systems or meat handling equipment that is, on the one hand, cost-effective and, on the other, makes no concessions whatsoever on quality.
We supply our meat handling equipment mainly to forward-looking food OEM's and producers that aim to comply with strict hygiene rules. The reason why we are their preferred partner is that we work in accordance with the latest HACCP, EHEDG, and HDN guidelines. Moreover, our in-house specialists have all the essential welding certifications and we have extensive experience in the field of automatic cleaning: Cleaning In Place (CIP).
Our organization has made great strides in recent years. To reach where we are today, we focused on smart project management, preferably in co-creation with the client. Partly thanks to this approach and our clever procurement process, we succeed in building very cost-, time- and energy-efficient meat handling systems.
For a food producer from Finland, we developed several spiral cookers as spiral coolers. A mega project in which RVS NON FERRO once again proved that it mastered the entire process, from engineering to installation, like no other.
